Our north-south facing vineyard yields small berries with a high skin-to- liquid ratio during their long cool growing season.  Our winemaking style is to extract what the fruit provides each year as naturally as possible. While the long native yeast “cold” fermentations contribute to the extensive fruit exhibited in our distinctly different estate grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. The natural coolness and high humidity of our caves, built by Cottonwood, allows the wines to age to perfection, without any disturbance.
