Grand Opening:
February 14th, 2010. Valentine's Day! You forgot, didn’t you? Well we didn’t. In fact we’re so excited about this year’s Cupidian* holiday that we decided to launch our brand new tasting room over Valentine’s Weekend. What could be more memorable than a lazy afternoon sipping Byron Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, followed by a gourmet dinner at one of Los Olivos’ world-class restaurants and a romantic night at one of the area’s legendary inns.
To further entice you, we’ve scheduled music, aphrodisiac noshes, charming company (including members of our winemaking and viticultural team), and a wide selection of Byron’s current releases, library wines and rare bottlings. On both Saturday and Sunday we’ll be offering:
- 2 for 1 tasting fees ($10 per couple; wine club members complimentary)
- Luscious appetizers prepared by New West Catering
- A sensory exploration of the aromatics found in Byron wines
- Live jazz
